User Agreement and Legal Agreement

This agreement is a contract between you and the APP manager， and has the legal effect of contract. Please read it carefully.

The content of this agreement, come into effect and change

The content of this agreement includes the text of the agreement and all the rules that have been published by the APP or may be released in the future. All rules are an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as the body of the agreement. If you have any questions about the agreement, you should consult this app.

As long as you use this APP platform’s services, this agreement will impose restrictions on you. At that time, you should not claim that this agreement is invalid or request cancellation of this agreementif you have not read the contents of this agreement or have not obtained the answer to your inquiry. You acknowledge that the terms of this Agreement are contracts that deal with the rights and obligations of both parties and are always valid. If there are other mandatory provisions in the law or if the parties have other special agreements, the provisions shall be followed. You are committed to accept and abide by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, you should immediately stop the registration process or stop using the APP platform services. This APP has the right to formulate and revise this agreement and/or various rules from time to time according to the needs, and publicize it on this APP platform, and will not separately notify the user separately. The changed agreements and rules will be effective as soon as they are posted on the APP. If you do not agree to the relevant changes, you should immediately stop using the APP platform services. By continuing using the services of this APP platform, you are accepting the revised agreements and rules.

Registration

A registered user must be a natural person, legal person or other organization with statutory rights and capacity to act independently, can assume legal responsibility independently. When you complete the registration process or other means agreed by the APP platform, the actual use of the platform services means that you confirm that you have the subject qualification and can assume legal responsibility independently. If you do not have the qualifications of the subject, all consequences will be borne by you and your guardian.

Register information

The user shall provide the registration information to the APP in good faith. The user agrees that the registration information provided by the user is true, accurate, complete, legal and valid. If the user registration information changes, the registration information shall be updated in a timely manner. If the registration information provided by the user is illegal, untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, the user shall bear the corresponding responsibility and consequences arising therefrom, and the APP reserves the right to terminate the user’s use of the services of the platform.

When the user conducts browsing activities on the APP, etc., involving the user's real name/name, communication address, contact number, e-mail address and other private information, the APP will be strictly confidential, unless authorized by the user or otherwise required by law. The station does not disclose user privacy information to the outside world.

Account

After you have successfully registered, you will become anuser of this APP platform and will hold the account information of the unique account number of this APP platform. You can change your password according to the regulations of this APP.

The name you set is the real name and must not be infringed or suspected of infringing the legal rights of others. Otherwise, the APP has the right to terminate the service to you and cancel your account. After the account is cancelled, the corresponding account name will be open to any other new user for registration.

You should carefully and reasonably save and use your account name and password, and be responsible for the actions carried out by your account name and password. The account name and password may not be transferred, donated or inherited in any way (except for property rights related to the account) unless there is a legal requirement or judicial ruling and the consent of the APP is obtained.

Users shall not lend the account registered in this APP to others for use, otherwise the user shall bear all the liabilities arising therefrom and bear joint and several liability with the actual user.

If you find any illegal use that may endanger the security of your account, you should immediately notify the APP to suspend the relevant services in an effective manner and report the case to the public security department. You understand that it takes a reasonable amount of time for this APP to take action on your request. This APP does not assume any responsibility for the consequences (including but not limited to any loss) that you have incurred before taking action.

Reasonable use of user information

You agree that the APP platform has the right to inform the registered users of the APP by email, SMS or other means.

You understand and agree that the APP has the right to provide you with the necessary information such as registration information and transaction records that you have filled out on this APP platform at the request of the competent national and administrative authorities. If you are suspected of infringing on the intellectual property rights of others, this APP also has the right to provide the necessary identity information to the right holders in the initial judgment of the alleged violation.

The user agrees that the APP has the right to use the user's registration information, user name, password and other information to log into the user's registered account for evidence preservation, including but not limited to notarization and witness.

二、注冊(cè)

注冊(cè)資格用戶須具有法定的相應(yīng)權(quán)利能力和行為能力的自然人、法人或其他組織，能夠獨(dú)立承擔(dān)法律責(zé)任。您完成注冊(cè)程序或其他本APP平臺(tái)同意的方式實(shí)際使用本平臺(tái)服務(wù)時(shí)，即視為您確認(rèn)自己具備主體資格，能夠獨(dú)立承擔(dān)法律責(zé)任。若因您不具備主體資格，而導(dǎo)致的一切后果，由您及您的監(jiān)護(hù)人自行承擔(dān)。

注冊(cè)資料

2.1用戶應(yīng)自行誠(chéng)信向本站提供注冊(cè)資料，用戶同意其提供的注冊(cè)資料真實(shí)、準(zhǔn)確、完整、合法有效，用戶注冊(cè)資料如有變動(dòng)的，應(yīng)及時(shí)更新其注冊(cè)資料。如果用戶提供的注冊(cè)資料不合法、不真實(shí)、不準(zhǔn)確、不詳盡的，用戶需承擔(dān)因此引起的相應(yīng)責(zé)任及后果，并且本APP保留終止用戶使用本平臺(tái)各項(xiàng)服務(wù)的權(quán)利。

2.2用戶在本站進(jìn)行瀏覽等活動(dòng)時(shí)，涉及用戶真實(shí)姓名/名稱、通信地址、聯(lián)系電話、電子郵箱等隱私信息的，本站將予以嚴(yán)格保密，除非得到用戶的授權(quán)或法律另有規(guī)定，本站不會(huì)向外界披露用戶隱私信息。

賬戶?獨(dú)有

3.1您注冊(cè)成功后，即成為本APP平臺(tái)的會(huì)員，將持有本APP平臺(tái)專有編號(hào)的賬戶信息，您可以根據(jù)本站規(guī)定改變您的密碼。

3.2您設(shè)置的姓名為真實(shí)姓名，不得侵犯或涉嫌侵犯他人合法權(quán)益。否則，本APP有權(quán)終止向您提供服務(wù)，注銷您的賬戶。賬戶注銷后，相應(yīng)的會(huì)員名將開(kāi)放給任意用戶注冊(cè)登記使用。

3.3您應(yīng)謹(jǐn)慎合理的保存、使用您的會(huì)員名和密碼，應(yīng)對(duì)通過(guò)您的會(huì)員名和密碼實(shí)施的行為負(fù)責(zé)。除非有法律規(guī)定或司法裁定，且征得本APP的同意，否則，會(huì)員名和密碼不得以任何方式轉(zhuǎn)讓、贈(zèng)與或繼承（與賬戶相關(guān)的財(cái)產(chǎn)權(quán)益除外）。?

3.4用戶不得將在本站注冊(cè)獲得的賬戶借給他人使用，否則用戶應(yīng)承擔(dān)由此產(chǎn)生的全部責(zé)任，并與實(shí)際使用人承擔(dān)連帶責(zé)任。

3.5如果發(fā)現(xiàn)任何非法使用等可能危及您的賬戶安全的情形時(shí)，您應(yīng)當(dāng)立即以有效方式通知本APP要求暫停相關(guān)服務(wù)，并向公安機(jī)關(guān)報(bào)案。您理解本APP對(duì)您的請(qǐng)求采取行動(dòng)需要合理時(shí)間，本APP對(duì)在采取行動(dòng)前已經(jīng)產(chǎn)生的后果（包括但不限于您的任何損失）不承擔(dān)任何責(zé)任。

用戶信息的合理使用?

4.1您同意本APP平臺(tái)擁有通過(guò)郵件、短信電話等形式，向在本站注冊(cè)用戶發(fā)送信息等告知信息的權(quán)利。

4.2您了解并同意,本APP有權(quán)應(yīng)國(guó)家司法、行政等主管部門的要求,向其提供您在本APP平臺(tái)填寫的注冊(cè)信息和交易記錄等必要信息。如您涉嫌侵犯他人知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán),則本APP亦有權(quán)在初步判斷涉嫌侵權(quán)行為存在的情況下,向權(quán)利人提供您必要的身份信息。

4.3用戶同意本APP有權(quán)使用用戶的注冊(cè)信息、用戶名、密碼等信息,登陸進(jìn)入用戶的注冊(cè)賬戶,進(jìn)行證據(jù)保全,包括但不限于公證、見(jiàn)證等。

免責(zé)條款

5.1 本平臺(tái)僅提供信息對(duì)接,發(fā)生一切糾紛問(wèn)題皆與本平臺(tái)無(wú)關(guān),請(qǐng)通過(guò)仲裁部門維護(hù)各自權(quán)益。
